Lesley Douglas, who has announced her notice as controller of BBC Radio 2 and BBC 6 Music, started her programme race in 1986. Born in Newcastle in 1963 she gained a situation in English at Manchester University. Her in front toil was a work subsidiary in a BBC scrutinize department.
