A PAINTER with emphysema is on his character to raising £500 for a lung donation by selling his mastery - and wants your succour to match his target. David Waterhouse, 67, of Clementine Walk, Woodford Green, has raised between £350 and £400 from a trafficking of 54 paintings currently on show in Loughton Central Library, Trapps Hill, Loughton, for the Lung Club - an unrestricted benevolence paddock through Whipps Cross Hospital. Mr Waterhouse, who has emphysema as a upshot of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), must whisper using an oxygen tank 20 hours a day, and wants to end mazuma for the Lung Club to remedy others with breathing difficulties. The artist said: "I’m very contented with the backing we’ve found so far, all is very gratis about the paintings and people’s generosity has helped us get this far.
