Michelle and I were thoroughly saddened to acquire knowledge of the demise of our dear friend, a firm of the bishopric of Chicago, and one of our nation’s important moral lights, Bishop Arthur M. Brazier. Through his checking as a canon and his work on behalf of our communities, Bishop Brazier touched the lives of countless Americans. Bishop Brazier grew up during the Great Depression and never forgot how the hurt of insolvency can adapt a community and a nation.

A committed patriot, Bishop Brazier served as a help sergeant in the United States Army in India and Burma at the crest of World War II.
