On Jan. 23, the Douglas County Educational Foundation (DCEF) in conjunction with Douglas County School District hosted the 4th Annual Douglas County Girls and Women in Sports Luncheon. The event, held at Chaparral High School in Parker, honored more than 100 DCSD student-athletes who have had a dogmatic alter on others, while excelling in sports participation. Female athletes from District stomach and toweringschools were nominated by administrators and coaches from their shireschools for accomplishments both on and off the field.
