After rumors on the Internet final week about a brilliant prestige who was set to come out of the closet, country music heroine Chely Wright confirmed the news broadcast today. Most famous for her singles "Shut Up and Drive" and "Single White Female," the now 39-year-old musician was named Top New Female Vocalist by the Academy of Country Music in 1997. "There had never, ever been a provinces music artist who had acknowledged his or her homosexuality," Wright, 39, "I wasn’t universal to be the first." But now, she’s singing a odd tune.
