NEW YORK (AP) - "One Tree Hill" actor Antwon Tanner has pleaded not culpable to involvement in a Social Security scheme. Tanner appeared in federal court in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Thursday on charges of selling Social Security numbers and cards.
If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison. Tanner and his solicitor declined to comment. The 34-year-old actor is accused of supplying 16 Social Security numbers and three fake cards to a middleman between December 2005 and endure July.
