Vermont Gov. Jim Douglas is indication that states are preparing to take up arms the federal regulation over health trouble reform. Speaking Monday in an question period with CNBC, Douglas said legislation is in the offing in 38 states employment on their state governments not to comply with some of mandates that may be required in federal legislation.
Douglas says he's ill at ease about unfunded mandates from the federal ministry and also is urging against what he termed a one-size-fits-all path to vigorousness care.
